The Telephone Outreach Program (TOP) is a state-of-the-art, 32-station call center at The University of Arizona. Supervised by fundraising professionals and staffed by UA students, the TOP contacts more than 150,000 alumni, parents and friends, as well as other various stakeholders of the University, every year.
Students build valuable communication skills and are trained to have a variety of conversations about all aspects of the University. Former callers have experienced success in fund raising, sales, retail management, finance and a host of other positions following employment at TOP.
